IMSU Alumni were determined to win and got all the necessary motivation as “visiting-host”, getting a jersey boost package from Nigeria’s no 1 astro-turf company VP Grasse to enable them prosecute the match.

Unfortunately, it was the host team that took the lead in all situation, opening scoring within the first 7 minutes of play and showed more determination to score, but IMSU Alumni forward ‘Shadows’ attempted to equalize immediately when he dribbled into the 18-yard-box but and brought down leading to the referee pointing to the spot kick.

IMSU school team former captain Tochi Ekeocha took the kick and converted the penalty into a goal, leveling up with the home side and fans cheered the visiting side.
