Arsenal have secured their first away victory of the season following a thriller 3-2 victory that saw new manager Unai Emery’s side grab the maximum three points in the match.
Mustafi and Aubameyang’s goals in the 11th and 62nd minutes respectively met a cancellation by Camarasa and Ward’s goal in the 45th and 70th minutes respectively, but it was Lacazette’ 81st minutes goal that made the difference by giving Gunners their victory.
The victory is Arsenal’s second win of the season and it also gives them six points from four matches with Arsenal now seated on the ninth position of table ahead of their next encounter.
Ozil’s return was a boost to Arsenal and it also cleared the air on speculations suggesting that there was a fallout between him and new manager Unai Emery.
After the international break, it is expected that Arsenal will travel to St James’ Park to face Newcastle and Cardiff face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Both games are on Saturday, 15 September 2018
