Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger seems to be favoured to take over at Real Madrid after Zinedine Zidane resigned from his appointment as manager.
Zinedine Zidane was clearly determined to make sure that he was not sacked from his job as the Frenchman casually walked away from his job as Real Madrid manager barely five days after winning his third Champions League in a row.
His resignation has created vacuum in the club and it looks obvious that Arsene Wenger may be favoured to take over at Bernebeu.
It may look a little bit difficult to understand how a club like Madrid may consider Wenger who does not really have a trophy winning mentality.
The fact remains that Madrid is a business organization and may want someone who wants such philosophy as a manager, but with a new arrangement of aiming to win trophies and Wenger may just fit into that position.
