Barcelona were at it again in the International Champions cup as they beat Leicester City 4-2 in the ongoing friendly tournament in North America.
Goals from Munir and Suarez gave the Catalan side a 3-0 lead in first half before newly signed Nigerian forward and substitute, Ahmed Musa scored for Leicester City. The Nigerian scored a brace but that was not enough to see them through over the Catalans.
The match is significant owing to the fact that this was the very first meeting between the two clubs and interestingly, both teams are champions of their various leagues as far as the 2015/2016 season is concerned.
It will be recalled that Leicester City also suffered a heavy defeat, in the hands of Paris Saint-German after the French champions thrashed them 4-0 in the International Champions Cup.
