Chelsea Return To Winning Ways After Thriller Comeback At Stamford Bridge

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte told BBC Sport after the match that his side showed they have the “attitude to fight” as they scored two late goals to come from behind and claim a dramatic victory against Watford at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have had two back-to-back defeat and a third defeat could mean spell for the Italian manager, but his side showed character after coming back to emerge victorious in the 4-2 win at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea’s Cesar Azpilicueta headed the Blues 3-2 in front in the 87th minute before Michy Batshuayi fourth goal for Chelsea sealed the victory in stoppage time.

The victory puts Chelsea in the fourth position with 16 points from nine matches and are nine points adrift league leaders Manchester City who got a resounding victory at the Etihad stadium.
