Dani Alves To Join Pep Guardiola At Manchester City

Juventus have confirmed they will terminate the two-year contract of Dani Alves as the Brazilian right-back has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester City this summer.

Juve general director Giuseppe Marotta confirmed this when he told TuttoJuve (h/t Ciaran Kelly and Charlotte Duncker of the Manchester Evening News) how Alves will be allowed to move on: “Dani Alves has realised that he wants to experience an alternative experience, we will make a consensual resolution and wish him luck.”

According to other report, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola want to bring winners to the Etihad and he is left with no other option than to seek successful transfer target Dani Alves, who has won more trophies in his entire career than Manchester City.

The former Barcelona defender won the double with Italian giants Juventus last season to take his incredible personal trophy haul to 33 medals after helping Juventus to reach the final of the champions league and finished runners-up behind Madrid.

His coming to Manchester City will be a happy reunion between him and his former boss Pep Guardiola, who signed him from Sevilla to Barcelona in 2008 where he won a record 23 trophies with the Catalans between 2008 to 2015 before joining Juve for the 2015/2016 season.
