De Bruyne’s Only Goal Confirms Manchester City’s First Ever Semifinal Ticket

Manchester City are through to their first ever semifinal stage in the UEFA Champions league, after Kevin De Bruyne’s 77′ minutes goal at Etihad stadium confirmed their qualification.

The first-leg of the match ended 2-2 in France a week ago, in which De Bruyne played a significant role by opening scoring for Manchester City, before sealing qualification for City at Etihad.

The Belgian has found himself back in scoring form, since return from injury which had kept him off the pitch for about two months.

Manchester City qualify on 3-2 aggregate after beating PSG 1-0 at Etihad, and will look up to the semifinal draw which comes up on Friday.
