Manchester United beat Ajax 2-0 at Friends Arena Stadium in the final to win the Europa League trophy in what later appeared to look like a Paralympic Tournament when a good number of United fans where seen at the side lines with crutches but celebrating.

The injured stars who were seen around are Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ashley Young, Luke Shaw and Marcos Rojo, they however combined their sharp grey suits with crutches and medical support boots celebrating with the team and giving the event a Paralympic-like appearance.

The range of the injury varied from the various individuals, but the fact that victory was achieved was enough to let the players set aside their pains and shared in the joy of the celebration.

The pain from the injury would have been felt more by the players if for any reason United had lost the match, as they would have been feeling double pains.

This is indeed the first ever finals of any European Cup finals where a noticeable number of players who were to receive medals were seen appearing in crutches.
