Monaco are to test Arsenal’s resolve with a £45million bid for contract of Chilian forward Alexis Sanchez according to report from Mirror.
The source quoted The Sun, who say the French champions will test the water with a swoop despite the Gunners’ insistence Sanchez is not for sale.
The Chilean has less than a year remaining on his current deal at the Emirates and wants to play Champions League football next term.
But Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is standing firm on his believe and expects Sanchez to see out the remaining months of his contract.
The Chilian has been heavily linked to the Etihad to rejoin his former boss Pep Guardiola, but is yet to make a final decision on whether he will be leaving or staying.
