Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has sent Benjamin Mendy to his favourite specialist Dr Ramon Cugat in Barcelona, where he expects that the French man would get medical attention.
The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager who fears Benjamin Mendy will be out for months after revealing he has a knee ligaments injury is also making arrangement to make a replacement for him in the January window transfer.
“It’s very frustrating for him first as a person. Like with Gundogan last year, I feel sorry for him. We would miss him a lot, it would be a major setback.
“We will see what we do in January. We thought next summer about looking for another left-back. We have Danilo, Delph and Zinchenko who can play there so we will see as we go along.”
